All monthly managed website plans have a minimum contract of 12 months. Since we do not charge any up-front cost, this is to cover the time/cost of building and managing your website for you. In the case of early cancellation, the remainder of your contract will be payable in full.
A backup/copy of your website will only be provided if there is no outstanding debt. and you have completed the minimum contract term.
If you wish to take your website and host it elsewhere, this requires the purchase of a kopage license key in order to use the builder
